General Bonus Terms:

• Bonus balance and real balance are tracked separately.
• The welcome bonus is for new members only — once per account.

• If a game is left incomplete due to a technical error Kkriya Results will be determined based on system logs.
• If your internet connection drops, active bets are generally saved in the system.
• Any disputes regarding game outcomes must be reported to support within 7 days.

For inactive accounts, an administrative fee of ৳100 or 10% of the balance (whichever is lower) may be deducted each month after 12 months of inactivity.
